SYNLAB meditsiinilaborist saad oma kallile pereliikmele, sõbrale või lähedasele kõige tervislikuma kingituse – kinkekaardi meie tervisekontrolli pakettidele ja laboriarsti konsultatsioonile.

Kinkekaardi müügikohad

✔ Kõige mugavam on kinkekaarti soetada Minu SYNLABi veebist.

✔ Kinkekaarte soetada SYNLABi proovivõtupunktides üle Eesti.

(1) Osta e-kinkekaart

Kinkekaarte tervisekontrolli pakettidele saad osta mugavalt Minu SYNLABist. Vaata näidist.

(2) Osta kinkekaart proovivõtupunktist

Meie proovivõtupunktidest üle Eesti saad osta erineva disainiga kaarte. Vaata  näidiseid.

(3) Andmed kinkekaardil

Ostu vormistamisel küsime Sinu andmeid. Kinkekaardile need ei lähe, andmed on vajalikud ostu sooritamiseks.

(4) Sinu kontaktandmed

Palun esita korrektsed kontaktandmed teenuse osutamiseks ja teavituste edastamiseks.

(5) E-kinkekaart

Minu SYNLABist ostetud kinkekaardi(d) (PDF) leiad pärast makse tegemist oma kontolt “Tellimused ja broneeringud”, kust saad need salvestada ja soovi korral välja printida. Ostetud e-kinkekaardi saadame Sulle ka e-mailile.

(6) Kinkekaardi kasutamine proovivõtupunktis

Proovi andmiseks tuleb kaasa võtta kinkekaart ning isikut tõendav dokument. Kinkekaart kehtib ostu hetkest alates 12 kuud (v.a kinkekaardid, mis on soetatud erikampaaniate ajal). Ostetud teenust muuta ei saa.

The details of the person ordering the gift card are not included in the gift card, they are only necessary for making the purchase. The gift card is redeemed by the person who has the gift card with them when they come to give a blood sample.

After completing the purchase, you can find the purchased gift card(s) under your orders. Finding the purchased gift cards, sign in and click on the link “Orders and bookings“, and find the gift card order. Then click on “Gift Card“ to open, save and, if desired, print it (PDF).

Laboriarsti konsultatsioonid

Meie laboriarstid aitavad sul sinu terviseinfo põhjal valida sobiva tervisekontrolli või tõlgendada tervisekontrolli tulemusi.

Tervisekontrolliks valimistumine

✔ Proovi andmiseks aega broneerima ei pea.

✔ Vali sobiv SYNLABi proovivõtupunkt ja anna proov hommikul.

✔ Vereproovi andmisel on soovituslik olla 10-14 tundi söömata ja joomata. Vajadusel võib juua väiksema klaasi puhast vett.
